Refunds follow our Returns policy. In summary:
- Unused products returned within 60 days (with prior RMA) may be refunded to the original payment method.
- Restocking fees (typically 20%) and non-refundable outbound shipping may apply.
- Late or discretionary returns may receive store credit only.
- Tools, electrical, installed, clearance, and special-order items are generally non-returnable.
